Matt Furey

OK it looks like Matt has cranked out about fifty more emails since I made that last post.  I am  no better than Mr. Furey.  And perhaps he is better than me.  But what would he say to that guy who just ain't never gonna be no mail order millionaire and he's  got bills to pay right now.

I say that's where you fall back on Dave Ramsey.  So if you are reading this and you got bills piling up that you can't pay and you need to pay then get a job and start saving.  Cut expenses down to the bone.  Beans and rice, rice and beans.  If you are married then it has to be a team effort.  You can't have no wife that's going to sit there and nag at you twent-four seven that you need to be taking here out to fancy restaurants for drinks and an expensive meal for six  hours every Friday and Saturday night.  If you're already married to one like that then God help you and you may need to look up Jonathan Shuttlesworth or Tony Spell.

But God has allowed me to be where I am today and perhaps not all that far behind big Matt thanks to Uncle Dave and Arnold Murray and the unmerited favor of my Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Now I don't think I'd want to challenge Matt to a martial arts match, but I might be able to beat him at chess.  I  haven't heard him talk about the game of chess much.  Sometimes these guys with the cauliflower ears ain't all that good at playing chess.  Bobby Fischer was pretty good.  He finally ended up in Iceland where everybody loved him.

So now I've got to go and start reading those fifty emails from Matt and see if I can keep up with what he's saying.  He's saying that you can make money by writing newsletters and emails.  Well that sounds interesting to me.  In fact I too was a big Gary Halbert fan back in the day and what's cool about following Matt is that I can relate to being the same age as him when Mr. Halbert was big on the scene.  Back in the days before the internet.  Back when I was studying for my series seven stockbrokers license to become a millionaire by selling penny stocks from a high-rise office in downtown Denver.  I'd put the year at right around oh I'd say that would have had to have still been in the 80's I'm guessing.  Hey Matt, we're getting old.
