Well I'm kind of wading out into the waters again now.  I like the Pirate and his trading program but I want to look at some other things too.  If the stock market and trading is the only way then I may end up winding back around there.  Right now I'm listening to Derek Dunn.  Seems to have a pretty good message so far.

Right now I'm thinking he's getting around to real estate.

Might have some geographical parameters.  I kind of like the thought of not being tied to any georgraphical parameters at all.
