Cattle, silver, and gold.
Well I sat in on a planet Ron training video last night just before midnight. Well yes I think it would work. And like Ron says if you think it doesn't work you're an idiot. Because so many people have proved that it works over and over again. The big problem for most people is that it takes work. Could everyone in the world be a pretty darn good guitar player? Yea just about any able person with ten fingers or even eight fingers if you're Billy Joe Shaver could get to be a pretty good guitar player. But it takes work. And also desire. The thing with the end game in the money game as opposed to the end game of being a pretty good guitar player is that the end game in the money game there's probably not too many people who wouldn't say heck yea I'll take a $20,000 per month positive cash flow! Where do I sign up?
But just like the end game in just about any game and every game is that it requires work to get there. Now when the government takes everything that you work for well then people lose the incentive to work. That's why capitalism beats communism. But I'll always come around to Henry Ford in that conversation and talk about is it OK to make men work 18 hours a day for the market wage? Well some hungry men will work 18 hours a day just for food if they're hungry enough. So what does it all mean to me Doug Kenline?
To me it means praise the Lord and thank God for any and all blessings that he has given you. Study the bible and seek for understanding. Live with a joyous heart and peace of mind. Follow Dave Ramsey and the baby steps and get to baby step seven and make sure your kids are at baby step seven before they graduate high school.
So now I am back to the real estate versus market investing conversation. Could I do both? Well I'm living in a condo that I paid cash for so I guess that puts me in the real estate game. Do I want to venture out and go into a planet Ron or Nick Fullmer type real estate game? Gotta know that whatever I do I got to have a workable plan. I can't plan on doing ten things at once. I'm already working a full-time job and I like to take long naps in the afternoon on my days off. So in my head and in my experience and what I'm thinking would be most likely to have any success would be for me to pick one goo-roo and follow him close and tight and work his plan hard and down to the nub. I probably only have enough time before I go to meet Jesus to work on less than an infinite number of ideas. But like Buffalo Jones says, I've got all the time there is.
